The Cypress Head butterfly garden homeowner emails a letter to the Cypress Head president (B.C.) and Campbell Property Management Company property manager (L.B.) at approximately 8:40 AM (on 20 March 2021) and requests that that they IMMEDIATELY respect the privacy of small children in Cypress Head.
"I offered L.B. (Campbell Property Management Company property manager) the opportunity to point out all flower beds in question yesterday in the presence of the City of Parkland official. She declined to do it.
I offered to remove said flower beds at the time and she refused to do it.
The City of Parkland official and I requested evidence and an itemization of said items and none were produced at the time, despite emailed requests for 6 months and despite, according to 4 January 2021 email from L.B., stating that this information would be provided to the homeowner within 24 hours. (Again, the Covenants are VERY specific about this and render the matter resolved.)
I also offered L.B. the opportunity to identify those items that she claimed were the subject of the violation notice(s). She declined to do it.
She offered to return, eerily AND only in my absence, to red tag said items.
In consultation with..., he indicated serious concern about having any representative of Campbell Property Management Company and/ or Cypress Head HOA and/ or Cypress Head ARB enter our property and freely red tag each item and/ or surveil.
As you know, there are ....children who live in this home and play each day on the property.
Such trespassing appears to infringe upon our children's rights and privacy rights, as well as our rights.
Under no circumstances can anyone from Campbell Property Management Company and/ or Cypress Head HOA step on our property and start red-tagging items.
You may take a time-stamped and date-stamped, clear photograph, that is, one that is NOT grainy, circle said items as a form of red-tagging, and email to me.
Again, any presence on and around our property constitutes trespassing and may involve the presence of police officers.
Trespassing is not a matter that any Cypress Head resident and Parkland resident may take lightly.
Furthermore, it is unclear why there is a need to red tag any items when,
during a 11 December 2020 meeting with L.B., Campbell Property Management Company property manager, and J.W., vice president of Cypress Head HOA, showed my children and me a photograph of approximately nine trees and/ or plants with flower beds in question.
Cypress Head HOA and Campbell Property Management are welcome to email me a copy of this photo, which I have repeatedly requested photos and an itemization of said items in violation in email form, and which she now ONLY claims requires a formal records request. The only indication, according to our email exchanges, in which she cited a formal records request in reference to Florida Statutes, was in reference to neighbors' request(s) for said record as it related to a small pile of fronds, which contained many fronds from the residence at...., according to several neighbors (witnesses) and photographic evidence, to which you dispatched two security patrol cars to the side of my home to surveil and issue a citation to me on 17 February 2021.
The last violation notice concerning this matter was issued on 24 November 2020. Please explain HOW this violation now morphed INTO ALMOST EVERY ITEM IN THE CHILDREN'S BUTTERFLY GARDEN when the ARB representative is the VICE PRESIDENT OF CYPRESS HEAD HOA and, at no time, was there indication that any items required removal. A side site plan and inventory were requested, for which the homeowner agreed to supply, and which they claimed they needed to have record of to review future alterations (if any).
Again, please explain how this violation notice that only referenced approximately 9 so-called plantings now MORPHED INTO NEARLY EVERY ITEM IN THE CHILDREN'S BUTTERFLY GARDEN?
Furthermore, I kindly ask that you respect my First Amendment rights and prevent my responses and posts on NextDoor from being muted, banned, silenced, and/ or removed. Such actions beg the questions to the public exactly what and why you desire to hide such information from them and especially from Cypress Head residents. This is a serious concern as many security, safety, and environmental concerns are now being removed on Cypress Head Next Door. Again, it shows neighbors that it is time to move OFF of Cypress Head NextDoor to receive real news and happenings in Cypress Head TO FREELY COMMUNICATE WITHOUT A FEAR OF RETALIATION AND/OR REPRISAL.
AGAIN, DO NOT TRESPASS ON THIS PROPERTY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ESPECIALLY AS THESE RELATE TO ISSUES ASSOCIATED WITH THESE BOGUS VIOLATION NOTICES.
Thank you for your immediate attention and for respecting our children's PRIVACY, "
